✦ Took me a lot of thinking to address this properly, but to put it simply I honestly, don’t really care about top/bottom dynamics. I’m fine with seeing it around, I mean I do actively have to search with those tags because that’s where all the content for my ships go like art, fanfics, merch and other stuff. I actually like most of them, it’s nice to look at how other people like to see them.
✦ I use both Albether and Aebedo tags on my posts for that reason. If you look at my own art and would like to think of them as a specific dynamic, it’s fine go ahead. I’m not strict with it. Although I really wish there was a ship tag for them that doesn’t indicate top/bottom all the time. I just wanna enjoy my ships without having to see anyone arguing with “top aether / top albedo is better”. Most of the time, I’m this close to saying to hell with it cause I never had dilemmas with ships until genshintwt happened.
✦ So yeah it feels really silly having to explain this but just like everyone else, I have my own headcanons too. And it just so happens that I like their canon personalities more. A lot of people think that’s pretty boring so I kinda did feel alone for quite a while, but I’ve learned to live with it. It’s no fun if I keep forcing myself to stick with something just because everyone’s on the boat. So if there’s anyone with the same feeling as I do with the ship, or any ship in general heyaaa! I’m more of a lurker so I don’t talk much, but I’d just like to let you know you’re valid and definitely not alone!
